【摘要】 目的:寻求一种创伤小、术后组织形态功能保存较好且复发率低的牙龈瘤的治疗方法。方法:复习了1986～2009年经病理证实为牙龈瘤的480例临床资料,比较分析手术切除与手术切除加微波2种治疗方法的治疗效果。结果:480例治疗记录中手术切除260例,复发112例,部分牙槽骨丧失180例。手术切除加微波治疗220例,复发13例,牙齿丧失15例。2种方法比较,后者在术后复发、牙齿、牙槽骨保全等方面有显著优势。结论:在当前,手术切除加微波治疗牙龈瘤可以最大可能保存患牙,是一种创伤小,术后组织保全好,功能丧失小,复发率低的比较理想的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To seek one treatment for Epulis with little traum,good preservation of shapes and function,low recurrence rate.Methods:Has reviewed 1986-2009 years after the pathology confirmation for epulis’s 480 cases clinical material,the comparative analysis resection and the resection with microwave two methods of the treatment result.Results:480 cases treat in the record the resection 260 examples,recurs 112 examples,the partial tooth socket bone loses 180 examples.The resection with microwave to treat 220 examples,recurs 13 examples,the tooth loses 15 examples.Two method comparisons,the latter after the technique recurrence,the tooth,the alveolar bone to preserve and so on aspects to have the remarkable superiority.Conclusion:In current,the resection and microwave to treat the epulis may be most greatly possible to preserve the trouble tooth,it is one kind of wound is small,after the technique,organizes to preserve,the function loses is small,recurrence rate low quite ideal method of treatment.更多还原
