3种材料纤维桩细胞毒性评价

【摘要】 目的:比较3种材料纤维桩的细胞毒性。方法:采用CCK-8比色法检测碳纤维桩、玻璃纤维桩和石英纤维桩浸出液对MC3T3-E1细胞活性与增殖的影响,计算相对增殖率RGR,并评价其细胞毒性。结果:3种材料纤维桩材料的RGR值均>75%,细胞毒性均为1级,碳纤维桩细胞毒性最低,玻璃纤维桩最高。结论:3种维桩材料均无明显细胞毒性,其中碳纤维桩的细胞相容性最好。

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the cytotoxicity of three types of fiber post.Methods:CCK-8 assay was used to test viability and proliferation of carbon fiber post,glass fiber and quartz fiber post pile leachate on MC3T3-E1 cell.Relative growth rate(RGR)of cell were calculated and the cytotoxicities were graded.Results:RGR values of three fiber post material were higher than 75%,and the cytotoxicities were 1.Carbon fiber posts showed the lowest toxicity and the glass one expressed the highest.Conclusion:Three kinds of post material had no apparent cytotoxicity,in which the cell compatibility of carbon fiber posts the best.
