【摘要】 目的探讨3种可能因素对金属烤瓷冠色泽差异的影响。方法对200例患者的245个前牙单位进行质检,以电子比色仪测量修复体和对侧同名牙的色度值并计算ΔE值,比较金属基底冠种类、特殊比色和反复烧结对色差的影响。结果金属基底冠类型和是否进行特殊比色对金属烤瓷冠的色差有影响(P<0.05)。结论贵金属基底冠可以缩小烤瓷冠色差,对色泽特殊的病例尽量选择特殊比色。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore effects of 3 possible factors on color difference of PFM crowns.Methods 200 patients with 245 front teeth underwent quality inspection.Colors of those prostheses and hompnym teeth on the other side were detected with electronic color meter,and ΔE value was calculated.Compare effects of different kinds of metal bases,special color and repeated firings on color difference of PFM crowns.Results The color difference was effected by kinds of the metal bases and whether special color was done(P<0.05).Conclusions Precious metal base can narrow the color difference.Special color should be done for patients particular about color.更多还原
