【摘要】 目的高钉帽磁性附着体义齿在下颌牙槽嵴低平患者中的临床应用观察。方法对15例下颌牙槽嵴低平患者采用高钉帽磁性附着体可摘义齿修复并进行2年的随访观察。结果高钉帽磁性附着体可摘义齿修复患者的基牙牙槽骨吸收少,基牙松动度改变小,满意度高。结论对于下颌低平牙槽嵴患者且基牙牙周情况良好的患者,高钉帽磁性附着体可摘义齿是一种较好的修复方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects of retained removable denture with magnetic attachment of high post cap on atrophic mandibular alveolar ridge.Methods 15 patients with atrophic mandibular alveolar ridge were treated with retained removable dentures with magnetic attachment of high post cap,and the periodontal health of abutments and satisfaction evaluation of the 14 patients were observed 2 years later.Results Little bone loss around the abutment and small changes in mobility of the abutment were observed,and satisfaction level was high according to evaluation.Conclusions Magnetic attachment of high post cap could effectively improve the retention and stability of retained removable denture in the patients with atrophic mandibular alveolar ridge.更多还原
