【摘要】 目的评价多种附着体联合应用在可摘义齿修复中的临床疗效。方法对21例患者联合多种附着体进行局部可摘义齿修复,在修复后每年进行复查,评价其临床效果。结果经过1～4年的复查,局部可摘义齿能正常行使功能,基牙临床指征均正常,无炎症、松动发生,患者表示满意。结论选择合适的附着体,能有效的保存基牙,恢复患者口颌功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of combined application of different attachments.Methods 21 patients,removable partial denture were restored with two different attachments or more.The patients were asked to return every year.Denture function, clinical index of abutment were evaluated.Results During 4-year observation,all dentures functioned well.No abutment was loose,and periodontal tissues around abutments were healthy.Conclusions Removable denture with proper attachments could not only restore masticatory function but also protect abutment health.更多还原
