【摘要】 目的:探讨利用负压封闭引流管进行负压引流及局部磺胺米隆冲洗,治疗口腔颌面颈部间隙感染的临床应用价值。方法:收集2011-06—2012-03期间收治的9例口腔颌面颈部间隙感染患者,其中男性3例,女性6例;年龄最大75岁,最小54岁,平均62.2岁。均采用以应用负压封闭引流技术(vaccum sealing drainage,VSD)为主的脓肿切开术,术前抽取脓液作细菌培养,术后以醋酸磺胺米隆溶液和生理盐水分别冲洗创口。结果:术后随访至所有创面完全愈合后2个月,均效果良好。创口平均愈合时间为10.1 d。结论:负压封闭引流管进行负压引流及局部磺胺米隆冲洗,治疗颌面颈部间隙感染,能够早期控制感染,并刺激创腔早期愈合,是临床上值得推荐的好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To review the clinical effectiveness of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) in the management of fascial space infections.Methods: From June 2011 to March 2012,9 patients,included 6 females and 3 males,suffering fascial space infection were treated by VSD,and the mean age of the patients was 62.2 years(range 54~75years).Pus specimen was sent to laboratory for its culture and bacteriologic study before operation.After incision and drainage,irrigation with acetate mafenide solution were carried out until all suppuration signs ceased.Results:The period of follow-up persisted to two months.Every wound healed completely and none evidence of infection recurrence.The mean healing time was 10.1 days.Conclusion:Vaccum sealing drainage combining with mafenide acetate irrigation is shown effectiveness in the treatment of fascial space infection of maxillofacial region.更多还原
