【Abstract】 Plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)is a primary regulator of the fibrinolytic system.PAI-1 could affect not only the pathological process of thrombosis but also the process of proliferation and migration of vascular smooth muscle cells and vascular remodeing.It is closely connected with the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis.In this paper the research progress in the correlation between PAI-1 and atherosclerosis was reviewed.更多还原
