Akt2及其在恶性肿瘤侵袭和转移中的研究进展
Research Progress on Akt2 and Its Role in Invasion and Metastasis of Malignant Tumors
【摘要】 信号转导通路的异常改变是恶性肿瘤细胞的重要生物学特性,其中PI3K/Akt信号转导通路在肿瘤血管生成和转移等恶性生物学行为中起着重要作用.近年来许多研究发现Akt2是该通路中的重要因子,其在肿瘤的形成、生长及转移中起着重要作用.就Akt2结构、与恶性肿瘤侵袭和转移的相关研究进展进行综述.
【Abstract】 Abnormality of signal transduction pathways is an important biological characteristic of malignant tumor cells.The PI3K/Akt signaling pathway plays an important role in malignant biological behavior which is associated with the tumor angiogenesis and metastasis and so on.In recent years,many studies have found that Akt2 is an important factor in the pathway of PI3K/Akt signaling and plays a key role in the formation,growth and metastasis of malignant tumors.In this paper,we reviewed the Akt2 molecular structures,and its plausible relationship with the invasion and metastasis of malignant tumors.
