【摘要】 阐述了高校志愿者的基本概念,论述了高校图书馆引入志愿者的意义,提出了高校图书馆志愿者管理的新举措。

【Abstract】 Expounded the basic concepts of college volunteers,discusses the significance of the introduction of volunteers of the University Library,the University Library volunteer management initiatives.
