【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the present English teaching situation in Liuzhou Medical College,based on which and the relative theories,some preliminary ideas are put forward on how to implement individualized English teaching creatively for medical college students in a big class that routine teaching and individualized teaching be implemented by stages respectively in the first and second term.By doing so,the authors expect to meet all the students’ needs in English study and to reach the goal that each student make greatest progress.更多还原
