枯草芽孢杆菌对黄姑鱼免疫机能的影响

【摘要】 分别在饲料中添加浓度为0(B0组)、1.0×101(1B1组)、5.0×101(1B5组)、1.0×101(2B10组)cfu/kg饲料的枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis),测定投喂相应饲料前和投喂后的第7、14、21、28 d以及停止投喂枯草芽孢杆菌后的第7、14d黄姑鱼(Nibea albiflora)的血液白细胞吞噬活性、血清溶菌酶活性和肠上皮内淋巴细胞(iIEL)的变化。结果显示:3种浓度的芽孢杆菌均能显著提高黄姑鱼白细胞吞噬活性、溶菌酶活性,其中以5.0×101(1B5组)、1.0×1012cfu/kg(B10组)2组效果更佳;3种浓度中,只有5.0×101(1B5组)和1.0×1012cfu/kg(B10组)浓度的枯草芽孢杆菌能显著增加黄姑鱼肠上皮内淋巴细胞(iIEL)的相对数量。本研究表明,枯草芽孢杆菌对黄姑鱼的免疫机能有促进作用。

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study is to determine the variance of immune function of Nibea albiflora after being fed with the diets added Bacillus subtilis dosed at 0 cfu/ kg(group B0),1.0×1011 cfu/ kg(group B1),5.0×1011 cfu/ kg(group B5),1.0× 1012 cfu/ kg(group B10) respectively.Such activities like the phagocytic activity of leukocytes,lysozyme activity in serum and the change of iIEL were measured at 0,7th,14th,21st and 28th day.The same tests were also conducted 7th and 14th day after the stop of feeding with the diets added Bacillus subtilis.The results showed that Bacillus subtilis of 1.0×1011 cfu/ kg,5.0×1011 cfu/ kg,1.0×1012 cfu/ kg all could significantly improve the phagocytic activity of leukocytes and lysozyme activity.The effect in group B5 and group B10 were best;When the concertration of Bacillus subtilis were 5.0 × 1011(group B5),1.0×1012 / kg(group B10),the relative number of iIEL of grass carp increased significantly.Which indicated that the Bacillus subtilis has positive effect on the promotion of immune functions of Nibea albiflora.
