【摘要】 面对特高压、智能电网和大规模电力输送的电力发展新形势,电网企业迫切需要提升自己的软实力,科学合理地评价,可以为电网企业的持续发展提供科学的决策依据。以企业竞争力理论为基础,结合电网企业的特色,从决策力、行动力、创新力和内聚力四个方面构建了电网企业软实力评价系统,运用多因素多层次模糊优选方法建立了评价模型。实证分析表明,该评价体系是评价电网企业软实力的一种有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to meet the new developing demand of power grid,such as the new trend of ultra-high voltage,intelligent power grid and large-scale power transmission,power grid enterprises must improve their competitive ability especially the soft power.Based on review of the literature of soft power,this paper constructs a comprehensive soft power system including 4 subsystems,such as strategy system,execution system,cohesiveness system and innovation system.Then,from the perspective of soft power resources,the paper develops the evaluation index system on power grid enterprise’s soft power,and constructs the multifactor and multi-level fuzzy optimum seeking model.The real example operation shows that this evaluation system is useful for evaluating power grid enterprise’s soft power.更多还原
