【Abstract】 This paper discusses the problem of promoting socialist cultural construction through increasing the library’s network coverage,points out that increasing the library’s network coverage should be implemented through making reasonable layout and redesign of existing resources,remoulding some facilities and institutions that are overdeveloped or don’t adapt to the development of the times into library branches,and strengthening the management and expansion of the reading rooms in existing cultural facilities,and puts forward some concrete measures.更多还原
