Talking about the Construction of Sci-tech Innovation Works Database
【摘要】 具体描述了科技创新作品数据库的建设,分析了数据库建设框架结构、数据的收录范围及数据的著录要求。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the construction of sci-tech innovation works database,and analyzes the frame structure of database construction,the collection scope of the data and the requirements for data description.
