基于磁控形状记忆合金主动杆件的网壳结构抗震主动控制试验研究
Experimental study of seismic active control of lattice shell structure based on the initiative bars of magnetically controlled shape memory alloy
【摘要】 基于磁控形状记忆合金(MSMA)这种新型材料输出力大、响应频率高、可靠性高、驱动电压低等优良特性,结合大跨空间网壳结构地震响应主动控制的要求,自主设计并制作了一种新型MSMA作动器及其相应的主动模糊控制系统.在所制作的凯威特型空间网壳结构试验模型的基础之上,利用遗传算法进行了所制作的1根主动杆件布置位置的优化,进行了El-Centro波下基于该新型主动杆件的结构主动抗震性能试验,取得了较好的结果.
【Abstract】 A new type of active MSMA Bars and active fuzzy control systems were independently designed and produced based on the new material of magnetically controlled shape memory alloy(MSMA) with output force,fast response,high reliability,low drive voltage fine features and combined with the active control requirements of the large-span space shell structure.A Kiewitt lattice shell model is made first and the optimal layout for only one active bar was determined with using the genetic algorithm.The seismic experiment under the El-Centro based on the active MSMA bars was produced.Good results were achieved from the test.
