【摘要】 对南京市996名小学教师工作压力来源情况的调查分析表明,小学教师的工作压力在工作负荷、人际关系、学生管理、心理需求、学校管理等五个向度上存在显著性差异,其中工作负荷与心理需求成为教师工作压力的主要来源。进一步分析发现,在专业领域中,教师的压力感并没有外界传媒宣传的那样强烈,教师的压力主要来自于外在因素,如教育政策、社会评价以及家长的要求等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to explore what caused the elementary school teachers’ work stress by 996 elementary school teachers in Nanjing.Significant differences are found in the elementary school teachers’ working stress in terms of working load,human relations,pupils management,mentality needs and school management.Further analysis indicates that elementary teachers’ working stress comes from outside facts such as educational policy,social evaluation and the parents’ request.更多还原
