【Abstract】 Agent-based simulation,a methodology based on Complex System theory,is considered to be a new approach to validity analysis of contracts and policies.Based on Open Innovation theory and Stakeholder theory,university-enterprise cooperation mode is analyzed in an open innovation context.Using game theory build the model of university-enterprise cooperation and innovation.In addition,Simulation model of university-enterprise cooperation innovation using Netlogo platform is developed.The impacts of punishment mechanism and the penalty function on university-enterprise cooperation innovation system are analyzed.更多还原
