【摘要】 技术创新需要企业、大学、研究机构、政府和用户等多个创新主体的共同参与才能实现。基于技术创新过程的链环模型以及当前以企业为主体、产学研结合的技术创新体系建设存在的问题,探索性构建了金融介入的政产学研用技术创新协同模式,分析了政府、企业、大学、科研机构、用户的金融角色和作用,阐述了该技术创新协同模式的运行原理,以及在金融、政府和用户三方联动作用下金融介入产学研技术协同创新实现机制,可以解决产学研利益协调和风险机制问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technological innovation needs the enterprise,University,research institutions,government and users and many other innovation subjects’ participation to be achieved.Based on technological innovation process chain model and the problems of current presence facing the construction of technology innovation system,a financially intervened technology collaborative innovation model of government,industry,academy,research and users is exploratively built.Roles and functions of financial institutions besides the above innovation subjects are analyzed.It is elaborated on principle of operation of the technological innovation collaboration model,as well as financially intervened technical collaborative innovation mechanism among industry,academy,research institutions under the action of linkage of finance,government and users,which can solve the interest coordination and risk mechanism problem in process of Industry-Academia-Research cooperation.更多还原
