【Abstract】 To establish a comprehensive performance management system for physicians to improve the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of them,and hence to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital.The system is composed of 4 first-level indicators:basic strength for innovation,theory innovation ability,technological innovation ability and academic exchange ability,including 11 second-level indicators,and some again including third-level indicators,each with its corresponding height,content and quantitative index.更多还原
