【Abstract】 Through the investigation of talent team from parts of university libraries in jiangxi province, this paper analyzes talent team from the category structure, age structure, gender structure, education structure and title structure. This paper calls that university libraries should strengthen talent team construction from these ways such as introducing talents, training talents, organizing the related business training, improving librarian working environment and establishing the librarians’hired system.更多还原
