【摘要】 地方新建本科院校的科技创新能力是高校办学水平的重要体现。选取浙江省地方新建本科院校为研究对象,从科技人员、科技经费、科研课题、科技成果及技术转让等方面对其科技创新能力进行了详细分析,并基于主成分分析法对其科技创新能力进行了比较分析,得出结论认为新建本科院校在总体上科技创新能力有限,但各高校发展不均衡。因此,新建本科院校必须采取相应的对策,取长补短,提升其科技创新能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article selects the newly founded local undergraduate colleges in Zhejiang as the research object,and uses the principal component analysis to comparatively analyze their S & T innovation ability from the scientific and technological personnel,science and technology funds,projects,science and technology achievements and technology transfer,and so on.The article comes to a conclusion that the newly founded undergraduate colleges and universities are limited in the general science and technology innovation ability,and the university development is not balanced.Therefore,the newly founded undergraduate colleges and universities must adopt corresponding countermeasures to improve their science and technology innovation ability.更多还原
