【Abstract】 On the basis of classification situation in Shanghai universities,taking Shanghai technology group of local universities as an example,the paper selects research funding,papers and patents as the main indicators of the R&D resources inputs and outputs.It analyzes statistical data between 2005—2009.Finally,based on the category comparison of thought and input-output theory,the paper propose a R&D resource performance evaluation system of local university.更多还原
