【Abstract】 This paper based on the research of theory about comprehensive risk management,by using PEST analysis and the value chain analysis,studies the external and internal environment of Chinese telecom operators.Secondly,the paper identifies the comprehensive risk and forms the comprehensive risk diagram of Chinese telecom operators.Finally,the paper constructs the comprehensive risk evaluation index system of Chinese telecom operators.更多还原
