【Abstract】 The article explains the behavior and system in the fields of social science based on the new findings of neurobehavioral science – Dual Motive Theory by introducing the conflict system model of neurobehavioral science and behavior tension equation.As human behavior and its social structure are actually consilient with the structure and function of human brain,the article therefore takes the SOE as an example to analyze its dual motives,conflict model and behavior tension,and concludes with some behavior guidelines for releasing the enterprise behavior tension and enhancing the market and social equality.更多还原
