【摘要】 知识管理经过近20年的发展,呈现出开放和内敛的发展态势。文章从哲学、管理学—哲学与管理学不同的角度对知识研究领域中的知识概念,从知识的内涵、知识的来源和知识的分类/构成进行梳理。在此基础上,提出了基于功能视角的知识新分类:技术—社会—伦理3种子知识。从整体的高度,奠定了知识管理论体系的基础,拓宽了知识管理的理论视野,提高了知识管理的实践可操作性。更多还原

【Abstract】 After nearly 20 years of development,knowledge management has shown the trend of integrating and internalizing in the process of research and practice.In this paper,concepts of knowledge in the field of knowledge management will be sorted out based on the aspects of connotation,sources and composition / classification of knowledge from the perspectives of philosophy,sociology and management.By the above analysis,a new classification: the sub-knowledge of technology,society and ethics,is presented from the functional perspective.Therefore,knowledge management theory has been broadened from an overall height.更多还原
