【Abstract】 Technology-oriented poverty alleviation is an innovative measure in Guangdong province’s "double to" practice,i.e."planning the help to each poor household" and "defining the responsibility to the individual".This paper firstly analyzes the current situation of poor areas,then exploits deeply how science and technology can alleviate poverty.Moreover,the paper aims to train and develop talents of science and technology to the poor areas and promote the local economy,which will further improve "double to" practice.We should fulfill the "double to" practice,make positive response to the poverty alleviation policy,and make good use of science and technology to help people take off poverty to become rich and accelerate the pace of building new socialist rural areas.更多还原
