【摘要】 高校学习困难学生已发展成为高校不容忽视的特殊群体,受到了心理学、教育学、社会学等多个领域专家学者的高度关注和广泛研究。本文立足高校学困生自我概念、成功动机和自我效能感等心理特征分析,以罗森塔尔效应的相关原理为指导,研究教师良好的期待对学生产生积极作用的理论依据,并在此基础上提出了客观评价学生表现、引导学生正确归因、提供良好的人际关怀、增强学生自我效能感和发挥示范教育作用五项转化策略,以期为高校学困生转化研究提供参考依据。更多还原
