【摘要】 本文结合广西工学院应用型人才培养工作实践,提出地方工科院校在加强人才培养质量的同时,一定要强化人才培养的特色,只有这样才能在竞争中立足。
【Abstract】 In this paper, combined with Guangxi University of Science and Technology applied talents practice, asked the local engineering colleges must strengthen the quality of personnel training, strengthening personnel training features, the only way to gain a foothold in the competition.
