岗位分类管理形势下本科课堂教学质量变化分析
Quality Changes in the Undergraduate Classroom Teaching under the Job Classification and Management Situation
【摘要】 2010年浙江大学推进了一项重大战略举措,出台了教师岗位分类管理改革方案,专门设置教学为主岗。改革前后本科课堂教学质量变化显示,浙江大学本科课堂教学质量总体均呈上升趋势;改革后,教学为主岗教师本科课堂教学优秀率超出全校教师整体优秀率13.81%,高于改革前的12.31%,表明改革对浙江大学本科教学产生了积极影响。
【Abstract】 In 2010,Zhejiang University promoted a major strategic initiatives,the introduction of a teaching post classified management reform program,specifically set up mainly on teaching the Gang.Undergraduate teaching quality changes before and after the reform show that the overall upward trend in Zhejiang University undergraduate classroom teaching quality;and after the reform,teaching mainly Kong teachers outstanding undergraduate classroom instruction rate beyond school teachers overall excellent rate of 13.81%,12.31% higher than the pre-reform,indicating that the reform has a positive impact on the undergraduate teaching of Zhejiang University.
