【摘要】 目的:通过锥形束CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)观测上颌窦外侧壁厚度和上牙槽后动脉与上颌窦底的距离。方法:50例CBCT影像资料(男性25例,女性25例),通过Mimics10.01软件进行观测。在上牙槽嵴顶向上25mm与咬合面平行的横断面上,以颧牙槽嵴线(zygomatic alveolar line,ZAC线)为中心,测量从前至后前后W1、W2、W3和W4,四处上颌窦外侧壁厚度。此外在以通过ZAC线的冠状切面为中心切面的五个冠状面上,测量F1,F2,F3,F4,和F5,5个位置上牙槽后动脉与上颌窦底的垂直距离。结果:上颌窦外侧壁的厚度越靠近颧牙槽嵴越厚,男女比较除在W1处无统计学意义外,W2,W3,和W4处均为男性比女性厚,差异有统计学意义。上牙槽后动脉与上颌窦底的垂直距离由后向前逐渐变小,而且变异较大,男性的上牙槽后动脉与上颌窦底的垂直距离比女性大,男女比较在F1、F2和F3处差异无统计学意义,F4和F5处差异有统计学意义。结论:上颌窦外侧壁的厚度越靠近颧牙槽嵴越厚,上牙槽后动脉与上颌窦底的垂直距离由后向前逐渐变小,而且变异较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the thickness of lateral wall of the maxillary sinus and the vertical distance between posterior superior alveolar artery and maxillary sinus floor by CBCT.Methods: CBCT image data of 50 cases(25 male,25 female) was observed through Mimics 10.01 software.The thickness of lateral wall of maxillary sinus was measured at points of W1,W2,W3 and W4.Those were on a cross-section,which was 25mm above the upper crestal and parallel to the occlusal surface,and centered the ZAC line from front to back.The vertical distance between posterior superior alveolar artery and maxillary sinus floor was measured at the points of F1,F2,F3,F4,and F5.Those respectively located in five coronals centered the coronal,which was through the ZAC line,from front to back.Results:(1) The closer to the Zygomatic alveolar ridge,the thicker the lateral wall of Maxillary sinus was.Comparisons of the thickness of lateral wall of maxillary sinus among men and women were not significant at W1 and statistically significant at W2,W3 and W4,where men’s thicknesses were thicker than women’s.The vertical distance between posterior superior alveolar artery and sinus floor decreased gradually from back to front,and varied greatly.Male’s vertical distance between posterior superior alveolar artery and sinus floor was larger than female’s.Comparisons of the vertical distance between posterior superior alveolar artery and sinus floor among men and women were not statistically significant in the points of F1,F2 and F3,and statistically significant at the points of F4 and F5.Conclusions: The closer to the Zygomatic alveolar ridge,the thicker the lateral wall of Maxillary sinus was.The vertical distance between posterior superior alveolar artery and sinus floor decreased gradually from back to front,and varied greatly.更多还原
