超细碳酸钙对小鼠补钙效果的实验探讨
Experimental research on the effects of ultrafine calcium carbouata as a supplement for mice
【摘要】 目的探讨不同粒径超细碳酸钙的补钙效果。方法选用3周断乳小鼠40只,用基础饲料喂食2周后按体质量分为1个对照组和3个实验组,每组10只。对照组继续喂食基础饲料,3个实验组分别喂食不同粒径的超细碳酸钙+基础饲料。连续喂养4周后进行3d钙代谢实验。结果各实验组小鼠体质量、股骨质量、钙吸收率、血清钙含量、股骨钙含量均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论超细碳酸钙是机体补充钙剂的良好钙源,并且粒径越小补钙效果越好。
【Abstract】 Objective To research the effect of calcium carbonate of different particle size as a supplement.Methods Forty 3-week-old-weaning mice were randomly divided into the control group and three treatment groups after eating basal low calcium for 2-weeks.The control group was fed with basal low calcium feed.Treatment groups were respectively fed with feed added calcium carbonate of different particle sizes for 4 weeks.Then calcium metabolism tests were conducted for all the mice for 3 days.Results The weight,length,Ca absorption rate and the concentration of serum calcium of treatment groups were obviously higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The ultrafine calcium is a good calcium source,and the tinier the particle size is,the better effect it has.
