高效液相色谱法测定蜂王浆含片中10-羟基-2-癸烯酸的含量
Determination of the contents 10-Hydroxy-2-Decamoic Acid in Royal Jelly Lozenge with HPLC
【摘要】 目的研究蜂王浆含片中10-羟基-2-癸烯酸的含量测定。方法采用高效液相色谱法进行测定。选用ODS柱(5mm×245mm,5μm),甲醇-0.03mol/L盐酸溶液-水(55∶10∶5)为流动相,流量为1.0mL/min,检测波长为210nm。结果 10-羟基-2-癸烯酸在0.110~0.660μg之间线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.999 6,回收率为100.12%,RSD为1.36%。结论方法灵敏、简便、准确,可用于本制剂的测定和质量控制指标。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the contents of 10-Hydroxy-2-Decamoic acid in Royal Jelly Lozenge with HPLC.Methods HPLC method was selected to determine the contents.ODS(5 mm×245 mm,5 μm) column was used.The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-0.03 mol/L hydrochloric acid-water(55∶10∶5) with the flow rate at 1.0 mL/min and the UV detection wavelength was at 210 nm.Results The linearity was obtained over the range of 0.110~0.660 μg(r=0.999 6).The average recovery was 100.12%,with RSD=1.36%.Conclusion The results show that this method is sensitive,simple,specific and accurate,so HPLC can be used for the determination of preparations and the standards of the quality control.
