温度对金黄指突水虻发育的影响
Effect of temperature on development of Ptecticus aurifer
【摘要】 金黄指突水虻Ptecticus aurifer Walker,是一种具有潜在利用价值的资源昆虫。在15、33、35℃条件下,金黄指突水虻未能正常发育。在17、20、25、30℃下,卵、幼虫、预蛹、蛹发育历期随温度升高而缩短,金黄指突水虻从卵到成虫的平均历期分别为69.4、48.3、36.9、34.5d。温度与各虫态发育历期之间呈二次曲线关系。上述4种温度条件下,90%幼虫变成预蛹所用时间分别是27.5、20.8、16.8、15.3d,预蛹个重分别为0.245、0.221、0.178、0.163g。综合分析,饲养金黄指突水虻幼虫的最适温度为20~25℃。
【Abstract】 Ptecticus aurifer Walker was reared on a grain-based diet at 15, 17, 20, 25, 30, 33, 35℃ respectively. P. aurifer failed to develop 15, 33, 35℃. At 17, 20, 25, 30℃,the development duration of P.aurifer were 69.4, 48.3, 36.9, 34.5 days respectively. The relationship between development and temperature displayed a good fit to the cuadratic curve. The duration of 90% prepupae emergencing from larva were 27.5, 20.8, 16.8, 15.3 d, and the prepupae weight were 0.245, 0.221, 0.178, 0.163 g at 17, 20, 25, 30℃ respectively, which indicated that the temperature of 20-25℃ were the optimal temperatue for rearing larva.
