粉石英制备超细浅色复合导电粉试验研究
Study on Preparation of Ultrafine Light Color Composite Conductive Powders with Tripol Matrix
【摘要】 采用粉石英为基体,应用化学共沉淀技术,表面包覆掺杂SnO2制得了粉石英复合导电粉,解决了传统复合导电粉存在的分散困难、导电性不稳定等问题。最好的工艺条件为:SnCl4.5H2O用量20%,SnCl4.5H2O/SbCl3=10∶1(摩尔比),pH=1.0,水解温度50℃,焙烧温度600℃,制备了体积电阻率98Ω.cm、平均粒径为4.8μm的浅色粉石英复合导电粉。
【Abstract】 Composite conductive powder with doping was prepared by chemical coprecipitation method using tripol as matrix materia1.Dispersion difficulty and conductive instability existing in the traditional composite conductive powder was solved.Through the amplification experiments,the optimum processing parameters included:20% of SnCl4·5H2O percentage,10∶ 1 of the molar ratio of SnCl4·5H2O to SbCl3,1.0 of pH value of hydrolysis solution,50 ℃ of hydrolysis temperature and 600 ℃ of calcination temperature.The tripo composite conductive powder with 4.8 μm of average size and 98 Ω·cm of volumetric electric resistivity was prepared under the optimum parameters.
