【摘要】 目的探讨茶树根的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓炎症,左右耳重差(肿胀度)的影响,观察茶树根的抗炎作用;采用对小鼠热板法致痛和醋酸致小鼠扭体反应的方法,观察茶树根的镇痛作用。结果茶树根可使小鼠耳廓肿胀度明显减小,同时使小鼠扭体反应次数明显减少(与对照组比较P<0.05或P<0.01);高剂量茶树根水煎剂能明显延长小鼠舔后足的的潜伏期(P<0.01)。结论茶树根具有明显的抗炎镇痛作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of tea plant roots.Methods The experiment of anti-inflammatory effects of tea plant roots were studied by mouse’s auricular swelling caused by dimethylbenzene.The experiments of the analgesic effects of tea plant roots were studied by hot-plate test and acetic acid-induced wringing test in mice.Results Tea plant roots could not only reduce the auricular swelling of mices remarkably,but also inhibit acetic acid-induced wringing reaction of mices(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Meanwhile,high dose of tea plant roots could prolong the latency time of mice licking their back feet remarkably(P<0.01).Conclusion Tea plant roots showed strong anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.更多还原
