【摘要】 目的研究吉法酯对DMF和乙醇联合致胃黏膜损伤的保护作用。方法大鼠随机分为3组。各组提前药物灌胃,然后用DMF和乙醇致胃损伤,测定胃黏膜溃疡指数、胃黏膜血流、胃黏膜氨基己糖含量,并观察组织学变化。结果预防组与损伤组比较,胃黏膜损伤指数明显下降,胃黏膜血流明显增加,胃黏膜氨基己糖含量亦明显增加。结论吉法酯对DMF和乙醇联合致大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤具有预防保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the protective effects of gefarnate on gastric mucosal lesions induced by DMF and alcohol in rats.Methods 30 healthy male Wistar rats were randomly and equally divided into three groups: normal group,injury group and gefarnate protective group(400 mg/kg).Rats of each group were pretreated with drugs respectively and induced with gastric lesions by DMF and alcohol,and then the ulcer index,blood flow and hexosamine content of gastric mucosa were measured.Results Compared with injury group,gastric mucosal ulcer index of protective groups was significantly decreased(P<0.001),and gastric mucosal blood flow and hexosamine content were significantly increased(P<0.001).Inflammation and injury in histological slide of protective groups were slight.Conclusion Gefarnate has protective effects on gastric mucosal lesions of rats induced by DMF and alcohol in rats.更多还原
