【摘要】 目的探索运用皮肤与内脏相关学说和神经节段性分布理论,采用中西医结合针挑治疗原发精子异常的临床观察及对激素水平、精浆生化指标影响。方法将186例患者随机分为2组,治疗组93例用针挑骶丛神经点(双)、生殖点(双)、腰2神经点(双)为主;对照组93例口服五子衍宗丸(北京同仁堂制药厂)。治疗60 d为1个疗程。观察比较2组疗效;分别于治疗前和治疗后取患者精液和血液,用放射免疫法检测生殖内分泌激素水平,进行精液分析,检测精浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、微量元素锌(Zn)和铬(Cd),并测定血液流变学指标。结果治疗组总有效率为83.87%,对照组总有效率为55.91%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);2组生殖内分泌激素治疗后均有明显改善(P﹤0.01);治疗组治疗后精浆SOD、Zn显著增加,而Cd明显下降,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前与治疗后比较全血表观黏度和血浆黏度值有明显改善。结论针挑治疗原发性精子异常有显著调节内分泌功能和改善血流动力等功能,能减少精子生长发育周期中的调亡率,对提高精子、精浆质量和妊娠率起重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the treatment of primary sperm abnormality with needle-pricking therapy and its influences on hormone level and seminal plasma indexes based on the theory of skin relating to internal viscera and nerve segment distribution.Methods The patients(n=186) were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group(n=93) was given needle-pricking therapy in sacral plexus points(both),genital plexus points(both) and L-2 plexus points(both),and control group(n=93) was given orally Wuzi Yanzong Wan(produced by Beijing Tongrentang Pharma).A therapeutic course was 60 days.The curative effect was observed and compared between two groups.The samples of semen and blood were collected before and after treatment.The levels of procreate-endocrine hormones were detected by using radioimmunoassay.The content of superoxide dismutase(SOD),trace elements zinc(Zn) and cadmium(Cd) and indexes of hemorrheology were detected.Results The total effective rate was 83.87% in treatment group,and 55.91% in control group(P<0.01).The secretion of productive endocrine hormone was significantly improved in two groups(P<0.01) after treatment.In treatment group,the levels of seminal plasma superoxide dismutase(SOD) and zinc increased significantly and level of cadmium decreased significantly after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The values of whole blood apparent viscosity and plasma viscosity were significantly improved in treatment group compared before and after treatment.Conclusion Needle-pricking therapy has the functions of regulating endocrine and improving hemodynamics,and reducing the apoptosis of sperms in growth circle in the treatment of primary sperm abnormality.The therapy plays an important role in increasing the quality of sperms and seminal plasma and pregnancy rate.更多还原
