集中供热枝状管网管径优化设计新方法研究

【摘要】 对于布局结构已定的供热管网,其各管段管径选择的匹配与否,直接关系到供热管网的经济性和水力稳定性。为提高管段管径选择的匹配性和可操作性,本文提出了一种实用的供热管网管径优化设计新方法。实例验算表明,采用该方法进行设计,不但可使管网具有优良的技术性能,而且可使热网的初投资和运行总费用最少。与原工程设计结果相比,可做到平均节省总费用7%以上。

【Abstract】 For the heating pipeline network with fixed structure,the economy and hydraulic stability depend on the matching ability of pipeline diameter.In order to improve the matching ability and operability for selecting the pipeline diameter,a new optimal design method was presented.The results of a case study indicated that the pipeline network based on the new design method had good technology performance.Meanwhile,the network could obtain the minimum investment and operation cost.Compared with the original pipeline network,the total cost could be saved above 7%.
