基于委托代理理论的北京市政府投资项目“三方”代建模式研究
Research on Tripartite Agent Construction System in Beijing Municipal Government Investment Project Based on Principle-agent Theory
【摘要】 基于委托代理理论,对北京市政府投资项目"三方"代建模式下的主体关系和具体实施程序进行分析,通过案例总结"三方"代建模式尚未解决的问题,并提出对策建议。
【Abstract】 Based on principle-agent theory,analyzes the subjects’ relationship and concrete operation processes in tripartite agent construction of Beijing municipal government investment projects.Concludes the unsolved problems in tripartite agent construction projects,and proposes the countermeasures.
