居住建筑三步节能的减排量计算与能效交易分析
Emission Reduction Calculation and Energy Efficiency Transaction Analysis for Three-step-energy-saving of Residential Building
【摘要】 降低建筑能耗已成为低碳经济时代亟待解决的大事。以既有居住建筑供暖节能减排为目标,以试点城市天津的28家供热站的供热数据为样本,计算既有居住建筑供暖的碳排放量,分析既有建筑供暖的节能潜力,给出依照三步节能标准改造的能效交易思路与建议。
【Abstract】 Reducing the energy consumption of the buildings is the issue needing to be solved.The research object of this paper is the energy reducing of existing residential buildings.Based on the heating data of 28 heating stations in the pilot city Tianjin,calculates the carbon emission,analyzes the potential of energy saving,and gives the efficiency transaction thinking and proposal of reforms according to three-step-energy-saving standard.
