【摘要】 采用现浇钢筋混凝土楼板的住宅,顶层经常发生非荷载裂缝。通过对现行规范及试验方法的分析,提出采用先张法对楼板部分受力钢筋施加预应力,可有效控制楼板的非荷载裂缝。介绍试验方法和装置,试验结果证明,这一技术能有效提高楼板的抗裂性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Non-load crack usually appears on top floor of residential building adopting cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor.After analysis on current applicable specifications and test methods,it is proposed to use pretensioning method to prestress partial floor reinforcement bearing load to effectively control non-load crack on floor.Test method and test devices are introduced.Test result proves that this technique can effectively improve the crack resistance of floor.更多还原
