【Abstract】 The contents of the post-assessment of new university campus construction projects are described.The related issues concerning the post-evaluation of the campus construction projects are analysed.The issues involve under-quality completion of the construction projects,huge debts,incomprehensive assessment of social and environmental impacts of the construction and low level of satisfaction among the staff and students.Solutions to post-assessment issues of the campus construction projects are advanced,which include resources sharing,multi-channel financing and econom-izing campus construction.更多还原
