重型卡车驱动桥桥壳典型工况的有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis of the Typical Conditions of Heavy Truck Drive Axle Housing
【摘要】 汽车驱动桥壳是车辆中重要的安全部件。本文针对重型汽车的实际使用工况展开研究,利用有限元分析软件,对桥壳的强度刚度及寿命进行分析,找出了桥壳的几个危险工作部位,对于桥壳的优化设计及驱动桥的合理使用,具有重要的理论和实际意义。
【Abstract】 The drive axle housing of automotive is an important safety component in the vehicle.Based on the actual use conditions for heavy-duty vehicles,this paper used finite element analysis software to analyze the strength,stiffness and life of the axle housing,and identified several dangerous work sites,which had important theoretical and practical significance to optimized design of the axle housing and the reasonable use of drive axle.
