【摘要】 矿产资源是人类社会赖以生存和可持续发展的重要物质基础,是极为重要的自然资源和国家安全的重要保障。我国是世界上矿种配套齐全、资源总量丰富的少数几个国家之一。当前我国大宗矿产资源短缺已从原先的个别矿种向全面短缺推进,石油、铁、铜等重要矿产供需矛盾不断加剧,对外依存度不断攀升。本文阐述了我国资源保障现状,分析了制约我国矿产资源保障能力的实际问题,最后提出了提高我国矿产资源保障能力的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The mineral resources are the important material base for human social survival and sustainable development,are extremely important natural resources and the important guarantee of national security.China is one of few countries with complete minerals and rich total amount of the resources in the world.At present,China’s major mineral resources shortage has expanded entirety from original individual minerals,and the contradiction between supply and demand for important minerals,such as oil,iron,copper and so on is increasing,external dependence is rising.This paper expounds the current situation of China’s resources security,analyzes the actual problems restricting China’s mineral resources and support capability,and finally puts forward countermeasures to improve the mineral resources and support capability.更多还原
