【摘要】 河北省征地区片综合地价实施已一年有余,现即将面临新一轮的修订工作,本文采用举例、归纳等方法阐述了征地区片价的内涵、意义以及征地区片价在实施过程中存在的问题,对如何完善区片价及如何保障征地区片价的顺利实施提出了一些措施、建议,并对即将进行的征地区片价修订工作提出了初步的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 It has been over a year since Hebei Province put the comprehensive land expropriation prices for different regions into practice,the modification of which will start soon.The paper elaborates the connotation and the significance of land expropriation prices and the problems arising in the implementation thereof.It also puts forward some measures and suggestions for perfecting the regional prices as well as the measures and suggestions for guaranteeing the smooth implementation of the land expropriation prices for different regions.Meanwhile,it puts forward some preliminary suggestions for the modification work of land expropriation prices,which is going to start soon.更多还原
