【摘要】 职业生涯规划在当代大学生就业形势日益严重的情况下,尤其是近几年金融危机影响下显得更为迫切与重要。我国大学生的职业生涯规划课程建设的问题主要表现在:大学生缺乏专业实践能力,在职业生涯规划中存在性别及专业差异;职业生涯规划课程建设中存在缺乏全程性、连续性和针对性的问题,师资建设相对薄弱。针对以上问题大学生应提高自身的职业生涯规划能力,高校应明确该课程的目标,完善该课程体系;加强针对性指导;逐步建立和完善高素质、专业化的职业生涯指导教师队伍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the serious employment situation and the influence of financial crisis,occupation planning is becoming more and more urgent and important in recent years.There are many problems in our country,such as lack of professional practical ability,having differences in gender and majors exist in occupation planning.Besides,the construction of occupation planning is short of continuity,specific aims and teachers’ construction.As for the above mentioned problems,college students should improved their personal abilities of occupation planning,In addition,college should set the proper aims,strengthen the guidelines and improve the system of the course,so as to establish professional teams of occupation planning with high quality step by step.更多还原
