【Abstract】 Offices are university facade,represent the image of the university,and shoulder the functions of service,consultant,coordination,management,and other functions.At present,due to the bad influence of the factors of administration of colleges and universities,overstaffing in organizations of many universities,responsibilities unclear,efficient is low,laggard,service consciousness weak;the situation of "hard to join,ugly face,low efficiency,ugly words" happens occasionally.Under the new situation of higher education popularity and the information society,improving the efficiency and performance of the university organs,and improving the service quality are imperative.This article attempts to analyze the reason for low efficiency performance of university authorities,elaborating the necessity of the revolution for university authorities,and puts forward countermeasures.更多还原
