【Abstract】 As an action principle for environmental and social risks recognized by international financial companies,the Equator Principles plays an important role in sustainable development of the society.The paper builds a game theory model to analyse the interests both on that two situations,the first one is that the financial firms accept the EPs,the other one is not.Finally,it finds out the influence factors of these two different choices.更多还原
