油田智能加药系统的研制
Development of Autoatic Medicament Feeding System Used in Oilfield
【摘要】 针对目前国内外油田加药装置系统无法动态跟踪加药管道流量、成本高、劳动强度大、无法进行多点监控及协调控制,造成水、电及人力的浪费等现状;采用西门子S7-200PLC自动检测输油/气管流量,根据设定药液的配比浓度,实现自动配药、自动搅拌、按设定的ppm比例采用模糊自适应PID控制技术实现精确加药的自动控制系统,使注入量误差小于0.3L/h;同时基于以太网实现远程控制,提高了油田生产效率及管理水平;目前,该系统已应用于全国多家著名石油企业,反映良好。
【Abstract】 In view of the current domestic and foreign oilfield dosing device system to dynamic tracking dosing pipeline flow,high cost,high labor intensity,can not be multi-point monitoring and control.Adopts Siemens S7-200 PLC automatic detection of oil/gas flow,according to the set liquid concentration,realize automatic dispensing,automatic mixing,by setting the PPM proportional fuzzy adaptive PID control technology to make injection quantity error is less than 0.3 L/h and to realize precise dosing of the automatic control system based on Ethernet Remote control;at the same time,improves the production efficiency and the management level of oil field.At present,the system has been applied to several well-known national oil companies,reflecting is good.
