【摘要】 目的探讨精神分裂症患者服用利培酮对血清尿酸及总胆红素的影响。方法采用Olympus-AU640全自动生化分析仪对单服利培酮治疗的精神分裂症患者30例进行治疗前、治疗后4周、治疗后8周的血清尿酸及总胆红素检测对比分析。结果精神分裂症患者服用利培酮药物在治疗前、治疗后4周、治疗后8周对比血清尿酸差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总胆红素在治疗前与治疗后8周对比差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗前与治疗后4周对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利培酮可导致精神分裂症患者血清尿酸及总胆红素代谢异常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of taking risperidone on the level of serum uric acid and total bilirubin of patients with schizophrenia.Methods Olympus-AU640 automatic analyzer was used for comparative analysis of serum uric acid and total bilirubin level of 30 patients,which were treated with risperidone,before treatment,after treatment for 4 weeks,8 weeks after treatment.Results There was statistically significant difference of the serum uric acid level before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).And there was statistically significant difference of the total bilirubin level before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment.Conclusion Risperidone can lead to abnormal of the serum uric acid and total bilirubin metabolism in patients with schizophrenia.更多还原
